  Admittedly, State Farm took full advantage of my desperately needing car insurance. I was charged insane prices for car insurance, upwards of $170ish for basic coverage. Though the financial strain was tremendous, Mrs. Susan and Mr. Pettis have worked with me through many hard times and my bill is now down to less than $50. The best way to word how i feel, with Chris Pettis and his staff, i feel as if loyalty is still rewarded. Though nobody enjoys paying bills, i do enjoy my interactions with Mr. Pettis and his staff. I now look forward to my time spent with them.

  I am so happy to have been referred to Chris Pettis’s State Farm Agency. My rep Kirstin has provided nothing short of outstanding customer service for the past two years, and I can confidently say the same of everyone else on the team I have interacted with. They have all been extremely helpful and have taken care of any issues I have had in a timely and professional fashion.   I have been a client of this office for more than 30 years. My father and my son are also clients. Even after moving from the Ellenwood area almost 20 years ago I have maintained my business with this office. Everyone is very friendly and easy to work with. My main point of contact is with Susan Steele. She is always very helpful and responsive to my questions and concerns. I would recommend Chris and his team to anyone with insurance needs.

  When my former insurance agent advised me that the company she used for both my homeowner's coverage and auto insurance insurance was not going to write insurance in Georgia anymore, I wasn't sure what to do. A friend referred me to Kirstin at Chris Pettis' office and she went right to work for me. She reviewed my coverages and even found a mistake that the prior agent had made and her recommendations really took care of my issues and at the right price! Everyone in the office has been great, they follow up and respond to questions. I would highly recommend them as an agency that listens to their customers and cares about them.

  It was not good value, it was excellent value and I was treated with courtesy through all my crazy questions. The responses were prompt and thorough. I've been approached by other agencies but the professionalism is what prompted me to make a move.

  Didn't think I'd ever find myself reviewing an insurance company, but here we are. After trying to Google and figure out the kind of policy I needed for my new car, I was horrendously confused, so I eventually found Chris Pettis's office and scheduled a time to come in. The entire staff was very friendly and welcomed me in. When we finally got to talking about my auto policy, they cleared up a lot of stuff for me and even explained why the stuff I was looking at online was just a waste of money, and instead explained what things I really should/shouldn't have for my policy. They knew I was clueless, but rather than squeezing more money out of me for a better commission, they were honestly trying to get me the policy that made the most sense for me. Walked in completely confused and left satisfied!
