  The fact that you can’t take overdraft protection off of your account is the reason I’m closing my account. Instead they rather take the money out of your savings and if you have no money in either account they want to charge you a 30$ fee for not having any money . How are you going to charge me for being broke just decline the withdrawal.!!!

  This is a new location, but it seems to have many issues i am so sick of this bank i will be closing my account due to the fact ATM locations or few not convenient, plus i really don't see the difference in ACU and a regular bank the fees are definitely the same

  Horrible service. I’ve been in line to make a withdrawal for over an hour. The lobby is closed and one of the ATM’s is blocked off. They will not answer the phone. They don’t answer the door. Officer just stares at you through the glass as if he can’t see you. Very unprofessional and rude. I just want my money!!

  I had an unpleasant experience with this credit union. When I went inside, the associate, and then manager, was a little dismissive, like they didn't have time to answer my questions. But, I know you're not always going to get excellent customer service wherever you go. I prefer to use the ATM.

  Always closed or the machine are down line long inside and outside or they just want allow you inside I am just going to close my account and take my business elsewhere

  Hi Ms. Gringley, Our branch is open Monday through Friday 9am till 5pm and our Live Teller ITMs are staffed 7am till 7pm and 9am till 1pm on Saturdays. Our branch lobbies have been open since early January and our team is happy to welcome anyone into the lobby.

  I was denied use of the restroom. Even though I'm am a older female and stated that I had to use it very badly, after making a financial transaction indoors.

  The customer service here is completely horrible. A bunch of old miserable women who needs to retire. Service is horrible! I will not be returning to this location!

  Great bank. Got this account when my family worked at Fort Gilliam. It's just so far, and keeps less than overly easy hours.. But still a great credit union.

  I like my bank but some of the employees need to work on body language , how they talk to customer's, people skills. 🤔🤔🤔 But you do have some great employees that do it all. 😉😉😉😀😀😀
