Connie T5Unfortunately, enough of us who have good experiences at this branch DO not leave reviews. There are many of us. I felt compelled to leave one today after seeing the score and realized that it is not an accurate representation of this branch. It appears that only the complaints took the time to report, and they scored harsh (1 star) which dramatically impacted the score. Unfortunately, again, these are the kinds of things that corporate offices review when they make decisions for closures. Then these same folks may complain that there isn't one conveniently in the community. I appreciate this branch's location and the staff. They have always been helpful to my family. Many of the patrons are older members of the community. The staff are very patient and do not rush them. I was a client of Wachovia and it was a tough transition to Wells Fargo. However, they have proven to be a sound good bank. Definitely, talk to management, if there is a problem before you leave. It is a part of our community. It has challenges/hiccups like any business would. It's how leadership handles it.

Cashmere Ewen2My teller was RUDE. I had to great her and she didn’t even respond. I have a business account with them and needed change in quarters dimes and nickels and the teller looked at me like I did something wrong when we were done she didn’t say anything like Nothing no thank you come again. So unprofessional especially when I’m doing business with there bank

Bran5Tabitha truly was sweet and courteous to me and made my first experience with Wells Fargo a wonderful one. She provided me with helpful and accurate information and made sure I chose the account best suited for me. I am normally an online banker and like to handle things electronically, however, the level of service that I received encourages me to come in more often and tell others about my excellent experience. Great location, Extraordinary associates.

Suzette Smith2Out of all the Wells Fargo banks I’ve been to this is the slowest moving location. Even the tall manager acts like he can’t handle pressure when the line is long. Deana and Osiris are always accommodating and they move in a timely fashion. Please hire people that actually work and not just walk around.

Chavian Sutton1I let the teller know that I had 7 herniated discs in my back and shoulders and just left from getting injections for pain management... I went inside and the line was out the door with one teller working so I did my thumbprint and went to the drive through... she would not assist me and when I asked to speak with the manager, I was rudely told no because there was not a manager in the building. The service and attitudes at this branch is awful

Ernest G. Flagg, MPA, RN1The very worse customer serviced of all branches. Its slow if there is 10 customers and 2 tellers or 10 tellers and 2 customers. Not to mention they robbed me of $500.00 in fees and basically told me it nothing they can do for me. Chase hit me for $200.00 in fees and returned it all back.

I was one of the last customers and I didn't feel welcomed.They treated me like I not suppose to be there when leaving I said thank you have a good weekend and she looked the other way, not a good way to treat customers. I wont be back! They deserve no stars!
