      Professional, stellar, immaculate atmosphere. Yes, you will need to schedule an appointment. But it's better to get the one on one, focused time you need. The services and products here are phenomenal, and the process very streamlined and user friendly navigating them. I prefer Bank of America over the other bank I was with, although if I ever had a question online or in person, they were generally quick to get me to the right answer. I still use them, but BoA is just a better institution overall with more services and rewards your fingertips.

      Good luck getting the attention you need from this branch. They want you to make an appointment for everything. Don't they know or care about us elderly that bank with them that depend on the bus for transportation? Busses are always late in the snow. I stood out waiting for a bus for 45 minutes then had to walk back home . What's the big deal, why do I have to make appointments for simple questions and help with anything? Costumer service socks. I'd give zero stars if I could. I'm thinking about moving to another after 25 years of using BOA. With BOA there is NO wonderful life. I used to enjoy banking but no more, they think you owe them something SCREW THE BANKS, BUY SILVER AND GOLD..

      I used to have an account through this bank but closed it when I turned 18 to switch to a credit union. However, I sold my car and had a surplus check that I needed to cash. I went to the bank that the dealership used in order to cash it immediately because I was leaving for Vegas for my 21st and planned to have some of that extra money available. I even opened an account to make it easier and they had all my old information saved from the account that was closed for 3 years. The manager talked me into depositing the check instead and it turned out to be exactly what i was trying to avoid. They held the entirety of the check until the day after my birthday (4/26) and now that it has cleared they placed a deposit hold on it that they refuse to lift until tomorrow at 9am. Called them to try to get it lifted as my research showed that most other banks would do quite easily, only to be told that there is nothing they can do. Now I’m in Vegas and out of money when I have a $3K check that has cleared and deposited into my account but the bank decided to mot release.Additionally, here I am 14 days later STILL with no bank card, When I called and asked them to send it to the bank instead so I can go pick it up they said “that’s something we just can’t do”. What kind of bank not only doesn’t issue temporary cards but won’t even disperse a debit card on site!? I will now be closing my account through this bank and copy and pasting this review to every Bank of America in my area as I have dealt with corporate and they are this terrible and I want to warn everyone in my area about this terrible bank!!

      Front facing customers are NOT treated as a priority. Understaffed and unapologetic about it. I entered the bank with approximately 5 customers ahead of me, fillied out my paperwork and took my place in line. The teller was apparently working on other transactions or some other form of business but not once did he look up and even acknowledge the growing line. After approximately 15 minutes he finished whatever he was working on and started to help front facing customers. I realize post pandemic has left many businesses understaffed but a little bit of courtesy and acknowledgement can go a long way. Very disappointing experience.

      Went to go to the wandermere branch to get some crisp 100 dollar bills and saw the drive thru was shut down which I still don't understand why some of the drive thrus are closed. But at least the handicap parking is next to the door but I found out BAC now closes at 4:30 love the customer service .if I worked I would have to take time off from work. Another thing I don't like having to walk half a block at northtown to get from handicap parking to the front entrance. Well while I'm here listing my complaints I didn't like your removing the outdoor temperature/clocks when you bought Seattle First National Bank. And many other people didn't like them being removed

      This particular location is where I opened all my accounts for years borh business and personal. I have a bad and unprofessional attitude today, I came in for wire transfer, the location manager told me she cannot attend to me that I have to book an appointment. I challenge that when is coming to bank for a transaction becomes an appointment? I discovered she does nothing at the moment, she said she has an appointment for 10:30am . While time is 10: 12am. I told her she can attend to me then before her appointment. No one shows up till 10: 35 while i left in anger and disappointment.

      How does a brick and mortar bank get away with being open only 7 hours per day? Ridiculous.
