Dag Darwin5Where do I begin...I am in the process of closing 2 business accounts, three personal accounts, and transferring our merchant services deposit account from CHASE to this branch at STCU. Everybody I have come in contact with at STCU has been wonderful...Friendly, professional, efficient and completely helpful. Ease of use is fantastic. Online banking? So much easier than Chase. Customer service phone number? STCU reps actually like their jobs! I left CHASE after 30 years at the Manito branch because literally every aspect of doing business with them became a hassle. Of course I've not completely finished the transfer of our accounts due to CHASE red tape and horrible customer service, but once I'm done with them, we will be golden. I'd like to thank Aunna Godfrey at the Manito STCU for making this transition so easy.
