  This was an excellent experience for me and my husband. We have been through the process of buying a house several times now and this was by far the best experience that we’ve had. We decided to go through Intercap using Chris Belote this time and it was the best decision that we could have made. He was patient with us, explained everything to where we understood completely, and answered every question that we had. The process went smoothly and fast. Chris genuinely cared and took time to make sure that we were comfortable with everything. It was obvious that he is passionate about helping others and teaching you along the way. He and his team are the best of the best!

  We used Chris Belote and his team at Intercap Lending for our refi and the experience was absolutely seamless. My husband and I are first time homebuyers and our experience with our initial lender was not pleasant (to say the least). The thought of going through the process again for a refi was horrifying! BUT...Chris and his team were on top of their game! Our questions were always answered quickly and thoroughly. He was super patient and even took the time to explain the documents line-by-line. This is our go-to guy for all of our lending needs from here on out! 100%!!

  Chris was amazing! My husband and I were with a different lender, who had transferred our loan to Chris without our knowledge, and we are forever grateful! We were really given the run around with the previous lender/loan office, and when I had finally had enough, I reached out to Chris and within 15 minutes he was calling me answering all of our questions. From then on there were not any issues. Chris really did an upstanding job and really made sure he was able to answer any questions we had along the way.

  Chris was fantastic at looking at my situation and needs and getting me into the right refinance. The process from our initial consultation to close was extremely fast and easy.
