  I've worked with Chicago Hard Money and Bridge Loans for approximately seven years. Leigh is great! Working with them is much faster and more responsive than working with traditional banks. At any given time we've had between one and three deals open with CHM&BL. They have common sense when evaluating potential loans. I would strongly recommend them if you're in the market for ongoing rehab financing.

  My husband and I flip houses. We were, at first, nervous about not going with a "conventional" bank and loan. Leigh has been nothing but helpful and upfront with all fees and costs. They run this company very efficiently and are always on top of things and making sure all paperwork is done in a timely fashion. We were so pleased with this company that we have now used them for multiple flip homes and plan on doing so in the future as well

  I have been working with this lender for over 5 yrs. they are very professional and have a quick turnaround when it comes to loan funding. I have been working in lending for 20 years and have never met an organization that can quickly close as Chicago Brige Loan. They required no application no tax returns. I highly recommend them as your partner in obtaining your financing needs.

  Needed a short term loan for a project I was awarded. Banks were too slow for the projects time budget. Needed money quickly. Chicago Bridge Loan was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and tranfered funds quickly. Would use them again. Had it not been for CBL I would have lost this job. Thanks
