  True epitome of a neighborhood bank. Clean, bright, with goodies for visitors like cookies, pet treats, and candies. Amazing personal service for small business owners like myself. Joseph Elliott (Branch Manager of Wicker Park North Ave location) is one of the best in the business. He has traveled on numerous occasions to meet me somewhere more convenient to me and my busy schedule, with paperwork filled out and ready to sign. Always available by phone to answer ANY questions. Chase/ Citibank/Bank of America have some serious copying to do to come even close in their customer service!

  The incompetence of Huntington Bank is breathtaking. A constant runaround where you can't get any answers, or at least no correct answers, to execute transactions that should be drop dead simple. I'm still waiting to speak with someone who knows how their own system works.

  I deposited a check social security check. They refused to credit my account even after they accepted last month. They refuse to return it to me. They refuse to return it to social security. The truth. Be aware. I am closing this account and seeking help.
