  While we were in the process purchasing a home i got introduced to iLoan by my agent where i worked with Tim. He helped us thorough out the process and was very nice about all of our questions. He made it happened for us to close on the house in a matter of 3 weeks. I still ask him questions after they finished their job but he always replies and make sure we are happy with his answers. The best experience we have had while in the process for buying house with Tim!! Would definitely recommend.

  I interned at iLoan Home Mortgage marketing department this spring. It was a wonderful experience! I definitively learned a lot and made connections with great hardworking people. The work environment is absolutely amazing and I felt very welcomed all the time. I am very thankful that I had the chance to work closely with Nico Llanos and Zach Desmond and learn a lot from their experience.

  Julian Bregu from iLoan was great to work with. He explained everything very clearly to me and was always available whenever i had a question about anything. He was even able to secure me a better interest rate on my mortgage shortly after the Federal Reserve cut interest rates. I would recommend Julian to anyone looking for a loan officer.

  I worked with Nico at iLoan Home Mortgage for 3 months. He is a nice and motivated boss. It was a great experience work with him and his team. As a boss, he has so many novel ideas and wants to use innovative design to elevate the user experience of iLoan clients. He always challenged me on the new design for various projects. It helps with my design vision in all aspects, like marketing, business strategy, and art direction. As a friend, he is humorous and caring, and also never hesitated to share his personal experience and thoughts. Overall, I really like to work with Nico and much appreciated the time in iLoan Home Mortgage!

  We came to iLoan to refinance our home, and it was one of the smoothest experiences we have had. Rameen Qader was amazing at handling our paperwork. She always made sure to keep in contact with us through every step of the way, always double checking the paperwork, always asking if we are satisfied with what was going on, and just made sure we felt at ease throughout the whole process. She is an amazing loan officer, and I would recommend her to anyone who is looking to buy or refinance their home.

  Leticia Barraza was very helpful throughout the process of buying my home. There were many times that I thought it was getting too complicated and I was considering not purchasing the home but Leticia helped me complete all the necessary paperwork. I'm glad I found her!   I purchased my first condo with a mortgage from iLoan and I am still amazed at how easy this was. It felt like they just did everything for me. Through their online system, I received updates at each stage and my Loan Officer was always there when I needed her. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and my rate (according to my banker friend) was very competitive. Would recommend them to anyone that needs a mortgage.
