  Luke was absolutely wonderful to work with on securing my mortgage loan. As a first time home buyer in the city, the entire process can feel daunting. On our first phone call, Luke took the time to thoroughly walk me through the entire process and lay out expectations. His competency and meticulous nature is evident upon first impression.   I truly believe Luke did a phenomenal job in helping me purchase and close my new property.   Luke was an absolute pleasure to work with on securing a mortgage loan. He was thoughtful, available to answer any questions at all times and really made the process a smooth transaction. He also really looked out after my investment and was able to secure the lowest rate and fees we had seen.   Excellent lender, great experience. Closed a time sensitive loan within 30 days and over holiday. We are so impressed with this brokerage and will definitely use them again and again. We’ve done several loans with them and they are very easy to work with and great at closing deals. Luke has a calming personality and is great to work with.   Thanks to Luke I bought a perfect house right before Halloween of 2021! Luke was amazing, knowledgeable, honest and patient throughout the whole process! Even through my frustrations, a million questions and few bumps along the way he made the dream of homeownership come true for me when I had no idea if I would qualify for a loan!   As a first-time home buyer, I came to Luke to find out about my options and he educated me on what those options were and provided advice on what would be the the best outcomes for my situation. From there, Luke crafted a creative solution for my needs and helped me understand the next steps. Luke and his team made the process of closing simple and were responsive all along the way.   I've known Luke for years, he is a master in his field and takes care of his clients. I recently bought my first home and Luke is the only person I would call to help me through the home buying process.   I have the pleasure of working with Luke on two occasions. First he helped me refinance my original mortgage. Then he helped me purchase a new property and initiated a new mortgage. On both occasions he was always looking out for my best interest. His no pressure approach was much appreciated and he took all the time I needed to clearly explain my options.   I just had the opportunity to complete 2 refinances with Luke and his team. I have some unique work circumstances, so these were NOT easy. Luke was very creative with options and we eventually got it done. This, after a few failed attempts with other lenders. As I said, it wasn't easy, but Luke stayed with it, and with me, through the whole process. I would highly recommend him to anyone with financing needs.
