  Our sales lady was amazing. And we love the house. Its so hard to choose. But definitely go visit The realtors are nice and the homes are beautiful.

  Well they haven’t done ANYTHING yet and it has been over 2 months since we went into the groves and spoke with Kelly! I can’t get him to email myself or my realtor back and he is so very unprofessional telling us my slab isn’t poured because of one EXCUSE after another!! Just WAITING AND WAITING on Chesmar! Come on I really expected better than this!!! I love my choice of home and it will be beautiful IF WE EVER GET STARTED!!!

  Kathy Kong, sales rep for Chesmar Homes at Dellrose, has made this a wonderful experience for us! As first time home buyers, we were a little stressed trying to figure out how this all works! Kathy was able to thoroughly explain everything from showing homes, to sharing her personal experiences, to explaining the process of purchasing. It hasn’t stopped there. As our house is currently being built, Kathy gives us updates every week with pictures of how the house is coming along and gives a report on the projects to be completed for the week. We really appreciate the level of detail she puts into her work. She’s such a wonderful person! We choose Chesmar Homes because of the quality of build and the quality of customer service, and we can’t wait to move in! Thank you Chesmar Homes and Kathy Kong :)

  Hello. We have now lived in our Chesmar home in Montgomery, Texas for almost a month. Alisha Darby was our new home Consultant. And David Smith is our builder. From day one of meeting with Alisha she has been a complete angel. She is a very honest and open person which is what I loved about her. I never felt like I was just a customer. She always answered, my phone calls, my texts, my questions, and she was never misleading in any way. She was a huge part in having this whole process go so smoothly and so enjoyably. David has been great from start to now as well. Even after moving into our home he didn’t just put us on the back burner. Since starting the process of building our home to now ( a month into living in our home) Chesmar has been great to us. We have zero complaints and we would highly recommend Chesmar. Ps. The house it self is just beautiful. Our home inspection before moving in passed with flying colors. They were pretty impressed. (If you’re looking for a home inspector in the area we went with David Wright - Spartan home inspection and he was AWESOME! Very thorough, very knowledgeable and his prices were good.)

  I purchased my home in January of 2020. Superb service from Kathy Kong and John Moreno. Kathy was there and still now to answer any questions you might have and John is always on top of any repairs or questions in general of how to handle maintenance issue, even when isn't Chesmar's responsibility. As far as Chesmar, I am really glad I chose them as the builder. Excellent builder and solid home.

  As a Realtor myself purchasing my third home, there is a level of professionalism I expect from other agents. Two of Chesmar’s agents over at Sienna Plantation missed the mark by far. Communication and professionalism were sub-standard and definitely not an issue I’d like to deal with for 6 months while building. I’m glad I discovered this early on before it was too late. Homes are beautiful and I was willing to spend more with Chesmar because I love the homes, but I will NOT spend my money with builders that allow this level of unprofessionalism.

  Going with Chesmar was one of the best decisions that I made when buying a home. Especially as a first time home buyer. Of all the builders that I toured during my research process, theirs looked the most “high end” but didn’t have a significant increase in price. Most importantly, their “standard (included) options” are much higher end than I saw elsewhere. Our sales associate Eric, was extremely responsive during our build and gave us constant updates. The other nice thing about Chesmar is that they have great relationships with a mortgage company which makes that process very smooth when shopping for a mortgage. If you’re looking for a new home you should at least meet with the Chesmar team - it’s worth your time.

  My wife and I met with Eric Howze in Sienna for a new home consultation and had an awesome experience. Eric showed patience and answered our abundance of questions while walking through the different home options. The vast amount of information we were able to gather during the meeting has helped us tremendously as first-time home buyers. We are seriously considering a Chesmar home if we do decide to build in Sienna. Thanks again to Eric and the Chesmar team for going above and beyond!

  Heather and mike are amazing!!!! They helped out through the whole process and made it very easy for us to understand how the process was going to go and made our home very beautiful.   Purchased a home 10/2019. Build quality is good, as expected with a new home, a few warranty items. Edit: 03/20 - we had an issue with a warranty claim that did not go well. I received a call from the Company president, Jeff, who was concerned and wanted to improve our and others experience with Chesmar post-sales.
