  I walked in looking for some tools but to my surprise prices are very pessimist. For example dewalt at home depot with warranty and brand new $199.00 This place used drill and missing parts $249.00 Offer up or Craigslist $150.00 I stayed only for 3 min and walked out .

  They had some cool stuff. Prices were weird. They were selling a violin for $499.00, it was missing the fret board, which is a key part (get it). Some used instruments were being sold at new value.

  This place is no good .manager called me a liar on a price I said that I had seen on same pressure washer...I couldn't find the ads but left after being called a liar .when home found ads showing him not 1 but 3 .pressure washers same brand brand not two years old.but brand new in box cheaper than he priced his used one ...people check bag batter and buy.and letgo.before you buy from this pan shop.they are terrible at making a fair deal...charge you move for used equipment 2 yes. Old than you can buy it new ....will never do trading there .....

  Absolutely terrible place to do business now. If your trying to pawn any of your items to get a cash advance, I've gone here over the years to buy and even pawn a laptop, now that i went to pawn my 2017 Macbook Pro fully spec with every option apple offers; for a cash advance they offer me 500 they say there max is 1300 for a laptop well idk any other laptop more expensive then mine there are very few because this is a $3200 laptop, there GM "General Manager" was very rude and judge mental saying that all customers say they are going to pay them back but they don't, and that thats why he has an inventory, i should have laugh because thats not true soooo Some people actually dont know there are apps/websites like "offer up" or "Let go" and "craigslist and ebay" to sell there items? then maybe those people take the best they can get from a crudy pawn shop, but ITS 2018 and lets be realistic everyone knows they can get more or sell there items for a good price elsewhere, so the "General Manager" argument was Invalid & so very unprofessional of him to judge me and assume i wasn't going to pay him back, Obviously im not looking to sell my laptop I'm just looking to borrow money and pay back in two weeks if I wanted to SELL my MACBOOK PRO i would sell it myself and sell it for a lot more and get $2300 at the least. Instead of helping out the community they are trying to rip off people from Katy and make a huge profit of us. $500 to cash advance for a MAC PRO LOL ill pass, People please save your precious time and skip this pawn shop. The general manager needs to learn how to read people and something called "The art of the deal", seriously guy if your reading this you only have one job guy. Oh and the first mess up the first time i pawed with them was last year and it was my laptop they offered me more then my mac and the other laptops value was way less. The first mistake.

  These guys have helped me out of a jam more times than I can count. Awesome staff! Most money for your pawns and really good deals on your purchases.

  Omg there is staff member there named Larry that was so rude to us and was so loud and unprofessional and so snobby . Not welcoming at all and , we went to check a price match and he called us liars about what it was worth. waste of my time .

  Nothing but a good experience here. IE: products, selection, customer service and employees/management are great. My go-to place when in need!

  This is my go to Pawn shop. I have done buisness here regularly for 8+ years. The staff is always polite, and I have never been treated unfairly, which I know is a worry for some people.
