  Phil was awesome to deal with through the process of financing our new pontoon. I had contacted a couple of other companies and found it painful to find answers and solutions to my questions. I then called Chesapeake (Phil) and he was very informative and straight forward with the process. The loan went smoothly and was completed in the exact timeframes I was given . I highly recommend Chesapeake Financial for your boating loan needs.

  Chesapeake Financial helped us with the purchase of our fifth wheel. They were so easy to work with. We worked with Phil who is very personable and professional. He is knowledgeable and is easy to work with as well. He walked us through step by step of the entire process when we traded in our camper for a fifth wheel. He was able to get us approved quickly with the same lender who we previously had on the camper we were trading in. He is easy to get ahold of and will always responds to email or voicemail in a timely manner. I would recommend Chesapeake financial to anyone and we will use them again in the future. We were happy to help support a small business!!

  Worked with Phil to secure a loan to purchase a motorhome. He was able to get us the loan needed within a day. As we're on opposite coast lines all this was done over the phone, email and FedEx.   Phil was fantastic throughout my entire loan process. He is very responsive to phone calls and emails and always gave me a clear and exact answer as to what was needed to move the process along. I would recommend anyone to Chesapeake financial!

  Very controlling of the discussion, non responsive to calls, voicemail full, waste of time. Better partners out there in the financing industry. Look elsewhere for boat financing.

  Mr. Dally, you asked if my interest rates were going to be in a certain range and said that you would not be interested if they were. Unfortunately for you and everyone else, the interest rates have gone up in the last few months and when we told you that they most probably would be in the range that you were not interested in, we parted ways. I am teribly sorry that you did not like the rates that are avaiable at this time but that is no reason to be upset with this company. As far as being non responsive to calls, we are the ones that called you back just as we call anyone that calls us the same day that we get their message. That also means that the voicemail couldn't have been full or we wouldn't have gotten your message to begin with. I sincerily hope you find what you want and good luck in the future.

  My call was returned within hours -- not hours like other places. Phil got me a great loan with a great rate even though we were first time "big boat" buyers. Very happy with EVERYTHING that was done!

  Most of us, at one time or another, will need to apply for some type of loan. Car, home, boat, motorcycle, etc. I have also noticed the larger the loan the deeper the inquiries of my financial position I need to disclose to the potential lender. I just remind myself; it is a process. A few months ago, my wife and I decided to purchase another RV and we needed a loan. After some research we decided to make a phone call to Chesapeake Financial and see what they could do for us. The person who answered the phone was Phil Colonna President of the company. After a short but informative conversation, we decided to apply for a loan and proceeded online. The entire process was completed in a couple of days with phone conversations and updates. We were completely satisfied with the outcome and the way Phil completed the loan. Phil was completely upfront with us about the loan process including transfer of funds.
