  Corey Petree was excellent and quick responses and helping me along the way with all my needs throughout the loan process! He checked in every now and then even when I didn’t have a question just to make sure everything had been handled correctly. His assistant Geena was also great at explaining certain to formation needed! Was wonderful two have Caliber Home Loans handle my loan! I switched to them after Home Rate Mortgage stalled with me time after time for months l. Don’t waste your time with them and go straight to Caliber Home Loans!!

  Cheryl and Savanna were amazing. We have now bought a home, refinanced that home and purchased two other properties through them. Great experiences start to finish.
