  I recently purchased a 335d from BMW of Chattanooga and the overall experience was superb. The dealership staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to go above and beyond to make the sale. While there are closer BMW dealers to my house, I will be returning to this dealer in the future for servicing because I feel they treated me right and were fair and honest. I've been mistreated at several BMW dealers and was about to give up on BMW until I found BMW of Chattanooga. I highly recommend then to anyone looking for a new or used BMW.

  The BMW of Chattanooga service advisor(Jonathan) and service manager gave me the ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE.!!!!!! 0 starts I have to replaced battery on Oct 19th 2019 because it was showing “Battery discharging while stopped” and it cost me $600, BMW Nashville recommended me replace battery and unfortunately I did this in BMW of Chattanooga. Within few weeks after replacement it started showing same warning message. When I told service adviser (Jonathan) he told me they will charge me $170 bucks for diagnosis (technically they should do complementary diagnosis since it was showing same warning after replacement). And this guy was saying we didn’t recommend you to replace battery it is BMW Nashville and they don’t take responsibility and he was sarcastically laughing at me talking to other customers. I guess customers only matter when they're spending money. Joke on you BMW of Chattanooga. This is by far the WORST BMW experience ever! Beware!!!

  From start to finish I felt the love. Cody Bowman helped find the right car for me and had it shipped down from Nashville all in a span of 3 days. I am absolutely in love with my CPO 2014 BMW 328i xDrive. After driving and dealing with Mercedes for the past 5 years I am ecstatic to begin my relationship with BMW of Chattanooga. I would highly recommend taking a look at what BMW of Chattanooga has to offer.

  Excellent service. I am a travel nurse and stopped in because my license plate was hanging on by a tread. The young man took the car right in, fixed it and even washed it!! All in less than 30 minutes. No charge! Professional and caring 🙂

  As usual the customer service at BMW is stellar. Every BMW employee whom I meet is friendly, helpful and seems to be genuinely interested in helping bring a good experience to the customer. The only reason I'm only giving a four star review is for the outrageously expensive cost associated with updating the navigation maps. During an earlier conversation I was told by a BMW representative that the cost to update the maps was $30. That seemed very reasonable even though many other companies provide FREE or very inexpensive updates to their navigation maps. Yesterday however when taking my X5 in to have the navigation maps I was told the actual cost would be approximately $348 plus tax! I was floored. Not only was the actual cost of the software high, about $100 there was to be 2 hours of labor charged just to do the update. In this day and age of digital electronics that is just ridiculous. I have a $70k vehicle with a totally inadequate navigation system not to mention I bought the 4 year Platinum warranty. Very disappointed with BMW on this one.

  Always super professional service staff and technicians. The "American" receptionist is quite rude when answering and transferring calls. A few times I have spoken with a female with a strong accent and her courtesy and professionalism is more like what BMW owners expect.

  Drove from NE GA to buy a used car from them. They were pleasant to work with and the vehicle was as shown online, no drama or issues. Great financing through them also, better than expected. We are very happy with the vehicle and with the experience.

  It’s just different at BMW of Chattanooga, this isn’t like anything I’ve experienced anywhere. They make You feel as if you just joined the exclusive club in world, and you kinda did. Obviously the cars speak for themselves but the team really goes out of their way to make it crazy special

  I wanted to share my experience with BMW of Chattanooga; I recently purchased my first BMW and it really is the ULTIMATE DRIVING MACHINE!! I don't live in Chattanooga but it was well worth the drive to pick up my 2013 550i; this car is a BEAST!!! The dealership is top notch and I could not have asked for a better salesman than Nate; he was very helpful and made the entire process as smooth as possible. Nate is a great asset to the dealership and I would highly recommend asking for him if you are in the market for a new car!! Thanks again Nate! I love my car!!

  The service work was so so and the adviser tried hard to do the right thing, but they are so totally disorganized that its impossible to come away with a top notch experience. I had brought my car in for some minor service work and to repair some light scratches and to fix damage to a bumper that was present on the car when I originally purchased it. BTW, this was my 4th visit from Nashville driving to Chattanooga. Even after multiple trips and complaints, they still did not do even a adequate (not good or excellent - just adequate) job on the scratch/bumper issue. I only brought the car back here because I bought it used from here but I wont waste my time or money bringing it back here again.
