  Great Title company and they go the extra mile to assist all parties involved in the Transaction . I sent my First FSBO to them and their service was top notch and my Customer was impressed ! Mike and Walt are very knowledgeable and they go out of there way to help in any manner. I highly recommend them to all Realtors and Mortgage Bankers in the Colorado Market.   Molly with Cherry Creek Title was the best. She was on time and very personable. She took the time to explain what the documents were and was very friendly. I wish all title people were like her. I'm the future, we'll only choose Cherry Creek Title and hopefully we get Molly again.

  Molly was wonderful to work with for our closing. She was able to explain all of the documents, was easy-going, and made our lives so much easier by coming our home to sign the documents. We appreciated her kind demeanor and knowledge. She was also on time for the appointment and made everything quick and easy. We can only hope we get to work with her again!

  I used Cherry Creek title to do the title work on my refinance almost a year ago. I'm in the middle of some business that has nothing to do with them now but I needed some research they had done last year. I called and Ken was awesome. It would have been easy to say "sorry that was a year ago and your not using our services etc etc" but he didn't. He offered to get me the research I need and was very helpful! That's customer service. He went out of his way to help me even when it doesn't benefit him or his company in any way. Customer service is rare these days and I don't take it lightly when someone provides it. Thanks Ken!
