  The team here is so helpful! I'm really bummed they closed the Walmart location but I am really surprised and really happy at how above and beyond the team goes. Michelle Matt and Nicole are all amazing and extremely knowledgeable.

  Bank gave us the runaround regarding my deceased father in laws account. Made us jump through hoops for 2 months, reassuring us each time that we would be able to receive a disbursement of funds. Then they illegally opened an Estate account for him and took all the money in his account. Don't bank here! I've already filed a complaint with the BBB.

  I am always treated with respect. I have been at this branch for well over 10 years and I appreciate the customer service I receive. The call in customer service is not good so always go to the branch. The Branch Manager is awesome and always willing to assist with a smile. Keep it up.

  This lady who claimed to be the boss was like a hit or miss claiming she couldn’t have a check signed over to my son and she had to go check some stuff out. I’m like the check I have came from an out of state bank. If she’s the “Boss” why would she have to talk to someone in the back? She jut had a terrible attitude like she hates her job or something.
