      Heiven is a great person, felt uneasy about my experience with John and sholeh however. I like the branch and often don't feel this way coming here. Tread lightly!

      Unable to get certified check due to Indigenous Peoples holiday. Electronically deposited check on Sunday in order to get cashier's check on Monday. On Monday, online balance still did not reflect deposit, so went to branch on Tuesday and they still had my money locked! Terrible interaction with teller with a smirk on his face and 'I can't do anything about that' coming out of his mouth. Why not provide a professional explanation of why I can't have my money? So close to closing my accounts. Sup lady behind the desk didn't even have decency to come explain since the teller couldn't.

      Went today as a new customer to open a new account. The first lady talked to me claimed that there is no one who can help me & I have to go to another branch. How can I deal with a bank they don’t have professional bankers who can help. I will definitely go to another branch but not firstbank branch.

      All the employees are always mad and angry! If you don’t love what you do, go and look for another job if you don’t care about customer service. Terrible service! Useless staff.

      Went in frustrated and distraught from dealing with the 24/7 customer service for 2days who accomplished Nothing, then saw the branch manager at this location and she fixed the issue within Seconds! I am so grateful she was there, everyone at this branch is super friendly and personable, but she was Phenomenal! Instead of leaving angry like I've been due to the customer service phone staff, she was able to help me within moments of walking in and I was in happy tears, beyond grateful that she actually cared and was happy to assist me in the issue! This is my Favorite branch, and I will be a continuous customer here because of the genuine care this branch and the manager has for their customers. Thank you so much, it means the world to your customers that this is a bank that actually Cares, such a rarity!!

      Lan was super helpful and prompt. Two older ladies that work there need to be retrained. Shanol or something like that had an issue with just issuing me a temporary card even though I called the branch in advance and she asked me to come back when there was a supervisor available. I came back 10 mins later, spoke to Lan briefly and he was able to resolve it quickly. If she couldn't handle the issue, she should have just said so instead of just standing there looking like a deer in the headlights like I was the first person in the history of forever to ever need a temporary card.

      My husband went to make a cash deposit in the atm & wrote the account number wrong on the envelope. Got a new envelope, filled it out and put the cash in it, then accidentally put the envelope with the wrong account number and no cash into the atm. He didn't try to make a withdrawl, he was depositing cash. He went to put the cash in the bank a few days later, after he found the envelope in his van with the cash in it & they had closed the account! They acted like he was trying to defraud the bank! How? He didn't withdrawl anything! It was an honest mistake! He also called their customer service number and the woman he spoke to was also very condescending.

      I tried opening a business account but the person who attended me had a really bad attitude. "Mariana" acted like if she had a problem with us. We decided to leave and not come back.... had never been treated this way in any other first bank branches.

      The one teller Freya has completely changed my opinion on FirstBank. Came in here to deposit some money and she acted as if I was wasting her time and dismissed me coldly. I am disappointed in you FirstBank.

      They help me fill out paperwork that isn't even from them! They're always nice and friendly and never act like I'm stupid for not understanding things. Very clean facility, and will roll out the red carpet for you. I highly recommend First Bank.
