  I was referred to Noel a contact at the Boulder Division of Housing. To me, Noel is the ideal loan officer. His knowledge and experience is at the top level, and he works with you directly (as opposed to signing you up and handing you off to staff). His communication is excellent... I would email a question at odd hours, and without fail he would respond within a day if not right away. We feel very lucky to have run into Noel, and to have had him on our side through the home buying process.   I highly recommend Noel and his team for home financing needs. My wife and I worked with Noel and his colleague Catherine to finance our first ever home purchase in the summer of 2020, in the middle of COVID shelter-in-place orders, and then again on a refinance as rates hit historic lows. In the first round, Noel and Catherine were both great to work with. I had a lot of learning to do on the vocabulary of home financing, and Noel and Catherine were patient in bringing me up to speed. They were also positive, kind, and responsive to all of my detailed questions as the process unfolded. Because of this excellent experience, we decided to work with Noel and Catherine again when we refinanced. Noel jumped on a call with me to walk through a competing quote, and he did everything he could to match it. We got a great ReFi package put together, and collaborated again through the process of getting it underwritten and closed. Again, Noel and Catherine were a pleasure to work with, always positive, responsive, and generous with their time. They made sure everything was smooth, easy, and quick. These transactions don't happen frequently, but it's a relief to know who my team will be the next time I need them!

  Noel is so easy and wonderful to work with. We have ALWAYS used him with purchase and a couple of refis. He is always timely and attentive to my questions and scenarios and was able to get us to "yes" in a more challenging refi with lots of hoops and always patient and great with follow up.
