  I have worked with mortgage companies since the 1980s and this is the 1st time I felt like I had a professional that truly cared. I felt like I was not just a number with a big company but someone was truly concerned about my situation. Jessica was amazing. Whenever I had a question she was there to respond promptly. She was able to lock in a fantastic rate with a competitive price. Everything she said she would do happened. I highly recommend Jessica for your mortgage needs.

  Jessica really helped us with our house deal. Couldn't recommend more. She got us through multiple issues which included another lender promising what they couldn't deliver, me telling her we were going with someone else, then her stepping in (after hours) to rescue when the other lender screwed us and it all went south. She handled issues coming up in the loan underwriting process professionally, and got us to a done deal by the end. If I re-finance or buy again, I'd definitely use Jessica.

  I would give Jessica 100 stars if I could! She is so amazing to work with and she made our first home buying experience smooth and easy. She took time to explain every step of the process and to explain every document before we signed it as well. She was available at all hours of the day and responded to us quickly. She gave us honest advice and was understanding and patient. Jessica has an inviting and energetic personality and is very easy to get along with.
