  Matt Henderson and his team at Premier were extraordinary. They competed against three other shops for the business and were far superior. Working with Matt was a pleasure. He and his team were attentive to details, responsive to our needs, and through. If you meet them half-way, they can turn the process in a remarkably short time (60+ days). They run the business efficiently, and buffer you from the exasperating details. Their flexibility was exemplary; their product offerings and explanations extremely helpful.   The people we worked with at Premier Mortgage had a decent grasp of the technical / financial details needed for our refinance. It was a more streamlined experience compared to B of A 3 years ago. It would have been nice if all the requirements / information requests could have happened up front instead of last minute requests; Premier was thankfully better than BA in this area. Premier is a recommended place to do business.
