  I cannot say enough good things about working with David. He is the reason I actually enjoyed my house closing process! Not only did we close in under 30 days, but I feel I have a strong understanding of my loan, the process, and everything in between. I have never met someone who is so good at their job – and I don’t say that lightly. He communicates in a timely and effective manner, he is so knowledgeable that you never question what he says as the truth, he is able to explain really complex information in a way that’s simple to understand, he deeply cares about his clients, and he’s a JOY to interact with as well. What I think I was most impressed by is his attention to detail and everything felt so seamless even though it’s a very complex process. Thank you David for being my teacher throughout this process and for always staying on top of every single detail. I cannot recommend David highly enough and for those that are fortunate enough to work with him, you will see a new level of quality that you haven’t see before.

But their service doesn’t stop there - they tell you what to expect throughout the process and then deliver on it, all while being extremely pleasant and responsive. I wouldn’t consider using another team - they have my highest recommendation!

  David is 5 Star+!!!! He is so helpful and detailed with his clients writing everything down for them in an email. Very informational. He takes a lot of time with clients that need that extra mentorship to qualify for the loan they prefer and works with them through the process to get them to closing. He is always available with questions and especially as a team at all hours to get the client under contract. Once under contract it is smooth sailing to closing. Highly recommend!

  Top notch experience working with David. He worked through the weekend to get us a pre-approval letter so we could put in an offer on a house right away. After our offer was accepted, he then continued to work tirelessly until we were across the finish line. Absolutely outstanding experience.
