  It’s annoying when you’re in a rush to pick up your kids and trying to cash your check and they’re forcing you to fill out applications and take pictures and call higher ups. So annoying

  The girl with the dark hair was not nice at all and very rude. I brought all the paperwork needed besides a utility bill and the guy I spoke to prior coming up there said bring my insurance card and he'll submit it and see what they say. After bringing in all of that I gave her the documents she insisted that she's been there long enough to know they wouldn't accept it right away without even listening to me then after that she states that it will take a few hours for a possible decision or another day. That was not explained in the beginning so all around horrible experience would not recommend them or her to ANYONE!!!!

  After having to hassle with a couple other places I came here. The staff is super friendly which is why I have been going here almost a year now. 5 stars for awesome customer service!

  Went here to get a loan and was denied because I didn't have a direct line to work. As I stated most people don't have that at work, but they didn't care. I will never go to them again.

  Terrible customer service. New training manager is a joke! After asking for the store manager several times I got a response of is this Jessica? Time to stop playing around and do some work

  A little pricey, but the people are really great. Friendly and always helpful. Makes up for the few extra bucks.
