  I just left this location with money in my pocket! I went in looking for a small loan and left being approved for the exact amount that I needed. Dulce helped me through the whole process! Her knowledge and patience went such a long way! She knew exactly what she was doing and performed each step of the process seamlessly! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a small loan and does not have a car title/registration. 5 stars, for the money of course, but for also the help that was provided from Dulce. This location is lucky to have her, so many places don't know what the heck they are doing! Thx guys!

  No one in town would cash my check but these guys. Jasmine (?)was super nice and super helpful. She went the extra distance to verify my check with my manager instead of making me starve overnite and come back tomorrow. I am overlly appreciative of this store and the woman that helped me. Trully made it possible to eat other then ramen noodles tonight.

  Very kind, courteous and friendly! Luisa helped me and she was professional and very very helpful! I needed to cash a hand written check from my employer and no where else would take it! Thank you!

  BEST SERVICE EVERRRRRRR! :) Dulce is very friendly and knows her stuff! provided with all the information I needed and an timely manner.! Plus they paid me $100.00 for sending in my cousin to get a loan!!

  I forget to post one payment and I got 7 voicemails in three days, when I go to pay my loan payment on Monday The visa card machines was out. Ive saved every encounter within check smart contacts, public encounters and within the end of my agreement I might file a claim with the trade camission. I've blocked the companys phone number so I'm not called 3 different hours on every other friday as well. By far the worst mistake Ive ever made taking a loan to travel for a funeral.

  The store manager cindy and her staff are super friendly at this location..ive been to two other locations one was at the store on pima and craycroft HORRIBLE service there so then I decided to have my acct transferred to the store on 22nd and craycroft and the service was just as bad..the women are so rude there they rather sit in the back and play dress up and salon instead of attending the line of customers waiting on them to finish playing around...I told a friend about how dissapointed I was about not one but 2 check smart stores I had been to but had no other choice but to continue doing business with them because of an obligated loan I had with them..my friend suggested I should visit the store on ft lowell she said the manager there was very friendly and so were the staff..hesitant at first because of the distance since I would be traveling from the far East side of town I decided to just go and hope my friend wasn't wrong..sure enough..the store staff especially the manager have the up most skills when it comes to customer service..a friendly smile and hello are always the sweet gestures customers are greeted with upon entering the store... True customer service at its finest! ..I look forward to always going to the ft lowell store Cindy is always there and happy to help. With whatever I need. Again super friendly and great customer service! The other locations should take some tips from this store they may actually gain more business than loose it! Check smart on Ft lowell as long as you continue with the great service you will continue to earn my business!

  They are rude and helpless. They wanted my social, references and payroll information to sell me a money order.

  Awful. If I could actually do less then a star I would. Constantly needing something else never organized can't make payments with debit cards but I'll be goddamned if I miss a payment they'll over draft my account. This place is a joke stay away from them. Not only to mention the older curly blonde Hispanic lady was a real treat to deal with. All she did was yell and should could t clearly say what needed to be said and instead of everything that was needed she would beat around the bush.
