  I recently purchased a money order, stamp, and envelope at this location. The clerk handed me the paperwork and I left the building. I fell in the parking lot and injured my arm. I had to crawl to my vehicle to get up, noticing that my stamp was missing. I painfully walked back into the store, and that clerk was holding up my stamp and asking if I was ok. There were 3 clerks and no other customers. They obviously saw me fall, so why couldn't someone have came out to check on me and give me my stamp instead of me having to face the pain of walking back in? Very uncaring indeed.

  I have been a customer for years but I try to file My taxes and the lady file my taxes wrong and is 2022 and I still waiting for my taxes from 2019 .I will never get my taxes done there again and in top of that the IRS is charging me for not filing my taxes and check smart is charging me also 🤬. Don't file your taxes there.

  I have never in 10 + years ever had a bad experience with this place until the new owners took over and brought in these new people. Yesterday the man that works there kept walking past the window and would hold his finger up letting me know he would be with me when he could. I was OK with that. When he was able to come to the window, I most definitely after an 8-10 minute wait felt I was owed a “sorry about that” or “ thanks for being so patient“ nope, he just gave me a blank stare. I put 2 bills, the cash to pay both & the cost to have both paid in the drawer. He never once said a word. He comes back to the window 2-3 minutes later telling me he can not except my money and asked where I got the two 50 dollar bills from. I have no idea why I felt he was owed an explanation. I explained that I received them from my credit union and he proceeded to tell me that I needed to take these bills back to my credit union. I asked “why” and he tells me “they don’t look real”. Please excuse me while I laugh for a second!! I have many year’s in cash handling for one and for two, I’d never second guess my credit union but hey, I checked them anyway... what do ya know, two very old, in beautiful condition 50 dollar bills that are very real. So I ask to speak to his manager. Miss Rachel the “manager” tells me she will NOT except my very real 50’s because, they don’t have a water mark. If she had more than the money marker experience with real money, she would have known that old money does not have water marks. Anyway, very embarrassed by these two because of this & the few other people that can hear I might have been trying to scam them, I take my money back to my credit union where they made me feel so much better when they also laughed about Rachel’s lack of knowledge in cash handling. This place has lost my business and Rachel.. counterfeit money is illegal. You should have called the police lol.

  I went there today in a panic and a hurry. Very friendly and professional and I will be sure to recomend to friends.

  I recently came in and used this establishment , I will admit I was leary about doing so. Unfortunately I've had some Financial issues. I'm so glad that I came in and have gotten to know the emlpoyees. I was in on November 29th 2016 to cash some checks, my money was short $15. I did not catch it, Carol called me back in immediately and told me and gave me my money. I would not have known any different thank you Carol there are good people in this world!!😉 abh

  This place always looks out for me when im low on money until payday. I've been denied other places due to credit reason's, and checksmart always approves me. I highly recommend this place. The staff is always friendly and willing to answer any question's you have. ☺

  Bad experience. They make it very easy to get a loan but don't tell you all the details. Then harass you because you have a lot more money to pay and wasn't expecting it and can't pay it.

  My favorite place for money order check cashing western union. This place is awesome! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

  Wouldn't recommend them to anyone and I never even stepped through the door the woman was rude on the phone
