  I first spoke with Stephanie on the phone before I went over there. She told me everything I needed to bring to get a loan so by the time I showed up it was a matter of filling out an application and showing my documents. Stephanie is very friendly and very patient. If your in a financial bind this place is the best in town. Ask for Stephanie 😊

  I have been a client of this location for one year. I find the people who work there to be RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Time and Time again you walk in they are laughing and joking around with other co-workers, they wait on you when they want to. If you are greeted when you arrive it's a one time thing, and if you walk in and they are talking on their cell phone again you will wait until they end their phone call. And when you leave you NEVER get a thank you, and your loan rate keeps going up and they don't have a reason. WORST place to go! BEWARE!!!!

  I've been a loyal customer for years! Fast and friendly service.They have an awesome referral program that allows you to refer friends & family! I've received over $200 for simply referring my friends to get loans over there. ANYONE can do this!

  Do not get taxes done here! They promote and yet know little about what they are doing. The communication is ridiculous, employees are not trained or educated on it and are using the cost of a program that you could use yourself. Don’t waste your time here.

  If you need cash in a hurry go over to Checks Mart. They really helped bail me out of my financial woes. I was taken care of by Verenice Jimenez. She was amazing, patient, and very efficient.

  Horrible Service. Always waiting in line for at the very least 10-15 minutes while 3-4 staff on duty with no one at the window. My last visit I waited in line for 5 minutes while employee walked away from the window to file a stack of folders, no greeting at all and no help from other staff. Get to the window to be asked to come back later because systems went down. Plain and simple, BAD EXPERIENCE EVERY VISIT.

  This place sucks Dont get a title loan they make in impossible I tried for 5 days every time I went I needed something else , licence birth certificates, SSN, check stubs, mail, utitliy bills, a million references , co signer , bank statements , all that was left was a dam DNA sample it was a huge hassle BY FAR biggest hassle, it was easier getting back in to the United states at the border when I lost my I'd coming back from rocky point. every woman in there is just plain dumb as rocks and unprofessional so I decided to go to title max they offered 2 times more money i was in and out in 20 min all I needed was an I'd and title Would never recommend to any one not even my worst enemy they should fire all the idiots working there theyre loosing money by the boat load I would have gave it 0 stars but sadly 1 is the lowest rate I could give,.. Suck a dick

  Always denies western union money orders or picking cash ask a million question about things that is none of there business... will not be back... oh and how can you deny a western union money order you promote western union will never be back to your business...
