  This place is absolutely wonderful, the ladies in here are always pleasant, always smiling, very informative and know their stuff! Tonight i had Kelly and she is such a rockstar! Thank you to sharon and nicki too! If i cant go to my bank this is my go to! Cant beat this location its the best!

  I have been coming here for over 3 years and every trip here I leave with a smile and all of my business handled. Kelly and her wonderful employees have always been people first and will try to work with you through anything.

  Very rude, did not explain anything, had a personal check from my mother in-law, the bank gave verification... The verified the authenticity of the check, and lied about calling the person who wrote the check and refused to cash it... This is your job is it not??? Thanks for making my life even more difficult.. I will never recommend anyone there... Terrible just simply terrible...

  $50 to cash a $500 Western Union money order that was purchased there a few days ago. That is highway robbery. Somebody needs to notify the Ohio attorney general or something. These check cashing places are taking advantage of folks who don't have checking or savings accounts. Particularly low-income people. We need to stop this now!

  Puritas location horrible!!! Brookpark location is amazing and would refer there too anyone!! This location has the rudest girls, with the nasty attitudes. Tiffany is the big bad wolf-hahaha

  Not just they will not care if someone jumps infront of you while your maintaining 6 ft distance employee also lied to me saying that system is down globally but somehow it was not down when I went somewhere else after 10 minutes to get what I needed done . Horrible customer service and dishonest
