  The first time I loaned there, I was not very nice, as I didn't understand the process of loan services Instead of getting an attitude with me Kristy further explained the steps I needed to take. She and Rebecca are the best!! Had she not taken the time to calmly help me when I was freaking out, I don't know what I would do. I suggest Checkmate to anyone in need,they will really help you!

  I have loaned from Chekmate for over 5 years now. Each time I have gone in the ladies have been courteous and friendly. I have only had one miscommunication throughout the years and fortunately, as promised, I was able to receive a full resolution right away. I am pleased to say that the people at Checkmate are honest and really do care. I appreciate all your hard work and continued efforts in our community! Thank you.

  I spoke with Kristy over the phone days before I went to finalize my loan and she was very helpful and made sure that I understood the process. When I went down there to get the loan I received nothing but great customer service. This will be the place I continie to go if in need of help. Very professional place to go and I will refer everyone I know.

  I went in for a payday loan. Never done this before. I had everything with me except for my bank statement. I didn't know if i could find one so i asked the lady for a couple pieces of printer paper so i could use my printer to print one out for her. She said she didn't have any. "So you don't have a printer?" I asked. She replied with " I do but i won't give you my paper." Then ignored me when i responded. Needless to say i won't be doing business with anyone who won't even help a guy out with a couple pieces of paper.

  We apologize for the experience you had at one of our locations. We do require an open and active checking account to issue a loan, but there are other ways of proving you have one besides just a bank statement. If you give us another chance in the future, other options of proving you have an open checking account would be to show us on your mobile phone through your bank's app, or calling your bank with a Checkmate teller listening on the other side and speak to a live teller to verify the account. Again, we are sorry you had a bad experience and do hope you try us out again. Thank you for your feedback!

  You'll have a better chance at good customer service at a 7-11. Instead of a courtesy call, that they were usually making, I got a negative account. I understand them being busy but they should have never allowed that to interfere with the customer care. They act as though the loan came from their personal accounts. Get some people in there who care for the customers and not just there for a paycheck. The next person may not be as understanding. No wonder you're all behind protective glass, if I worked there, and had to practice the tactics that you all do, I'd want protection too. You people suck.

  It was fast & easy. As long as u bring all your info. We will definitely use it if needed again. My husband says everyone is great.
