  I received great help at a time really needed. Jerry was excellent,very professional,very helpful,very thorough. He helped me with every detail and all the questions I had. I didnt think i would be approved and he made me laugh and told me with a positive attitude that he would plug in all my info and that we would see "what fortunes await"!!🤣 He was right !!🤣fortunes were awaiting!!🤣 Definitely a big help,thank you Jerry!!🤗

  Super fast and friendly service. Literally 30 minutes and I was approved! This was truly the easiest loan I’ve ever gotten. Highly recommended!!! Jerry made it super painless to get this done for me.

  This place is a joke. I was in desperate need to find a place to cash my check before bank business hours closed. They charged me 9 dollars to cash my check. I have never been to a cash lender that requires your social security number/finger print and having to fill out paper work in order to cash a check. they never once explained to me why I was filling out the paper work, and my social security number was not starred out on the paper work, which makes it a high risk for identity compromise. they scanned the check and my ID multiple times throughout the process. I was then told that there was not enough money in the register to give me the full amount and they were going to put the rest on a net spend prepaid debit card. They ended up giving me the full amount because I insisted that they use the money in the other register to supply the remainder. Something that should have taken less than 5 minutes took well over 20. Staff was extremely unprofessional, and wreaked of predatory lending. There's your star. Thanks for the 9 dollar bottle of water.

  Ridiculous place to cash a 2 party check! After signing all sorts of papers just to cash a check from my boss, plus they were going to charge $65 to cash it..? they then had to double check to cash it and for whatever reason, but no reason declined it... After getting my fingerprint signatures they declined a perfectly good buisnes check. I'm worried😕 they might have cashed it and just kept the 💰. PS: don't cash checks at this place!!

  Dont ever go to this place ,, besides being Rude they take to long , and its NOT EAZY AND CONVINCE. this place DONT GO TO IT THEY WILL TAKE YOUR CHECK GIVE YOU A FAKE CARD AND YOU CANT GET AHOLD OF ANYONE TO SEE WHAT HAPPENED , my money is still Not in the card.. So dont go unless you want to get youe money stolen.. CROOKED STORE CHECK AND GO ... NO THANKS

  I have had a loan for a year and never been late or missed a payment. When I lost my job and asked to have them defer the payment and change my payment dates to my new job's pay schedule they refused. They then threatened to get a garnishment and take me to court if I didn't pay (which was never my intention to begin with). Sad excuse for customer service! I will never get another loan from here after I pay off this one.
