  Check Into Cash was a huge help during a hard time. I was lucky enough to be helped by Valencia who was caring and knowledgeable regarding my concerns. She went above and beyond and took extra steps to assure everything that needed to be completed was done. She made sure to explain everything thoroughly and had me in and out in 15 minutes. I highly recommend this location for all your monetary needs and concerns.

  My experience with this place was awesome. Valencia was very patience and very kind and also knowledgeable about what she was doing. I will go back there and ask for her specifically. I recommend this place and ask for Valencia she wont disappoint u.

  If I could give no stars I WOULD !! I’ve been with Check into Cash for over 3 yrs and had the most pleasant experience even rated a 5 stars previously. Until recently when I had to close my account because of new staffing at Military highway. Her name was Valencia and apparently just had been promoted to manager at the time and I made 2 pmts with her before I decided to close my account and no longer give my service to the company. She is rude, always has an attitude, and they NEVER answer the phone. Please pick another location if you can. I really had to take my stars back because of her foolishness!! Check into cash GREAT company , just NOT Military Highway location.

  I stopped in with a friend just to inquire about a loan..... Valencia was soooooo helpful and answered all 21 of my questions! Lol! She had the patience of a saint! If you’re in the Norfolk area and need any financial services or just want to inquire, stop here and ask for Valencia!!! 😊

  After a very long frustrating day trying desperately to get my insurance settlement check cashed. The team at the military hwy check into cash was able to efficiently handle getting the check processed. They were professional, patient, and remained pleasant through out the entire process.

  Poor management very un organized poor training i would never recommend this place of business to work This place is like a revolving door with employees this establishment will never keep anyone or be successful with the current manager. Hope it gets better at some point

  the people here were very helpful. They even left to go get me my money because I didn't have enough here. They're very prompt and fast and will definitely coming back again.
