  Stopped by around 2:00 pm yesterday 11/29/2021 and they where closed no sign no lights on I waited 15 mins still no one call then no answer this is a great way to run a business lol

  Every time I have come to this location, they have been friendly, efficient and helped me with my financial needs. So what if they are frank with the actual services they can provide you! That's in accordance with the very strict guidelines they are required to follow. Hope I don't need to utilize their services in the future, but if it comes to that, glad there are people available to do their best to help me out. Remember people, THEY ARE NOT YOUR FRIEND, THEY ARE PROFESSIONALS.

  Every time I try to go in to talk to someone about a refinance the door is always locked. Even though the open sign is on. Thought door was to be unlocked during business hours.

  Called and then was put on hold for 5 minutes, so I just hung up and came over. Once I got there I was hopefull, seeing a cash for giftcards sign in the window, then I found out they don't take the type of gift card I had. The employee tried to explain something about how they are based in Tennessee so it doesn't work. Honestly, if the gift card thing doesn't work. Don't advertise it. This is the fourth place Cardpool didn't work for me.
