  Started the pay day loan process 11/2/18 they now do credit checks, wow in order to get a payday loan. They pulled my credit twice called the lady out on it and she says no I only ran it once. Mmm no sweetie showed her the notifications and she stumbled on her words and said well I’m unsure why it hit your credit twice. Proceeds with loan starts going over when first payment is due 11/9/18 of $56 and it’s a biweekly payment that they deduct from your checking account. Disagreed that I would need to pay so much in such a short span for possibly only having had the loan for seven days. Walked away when she said couldn’t have monthly payments instead of biweekly. Came back on 11/6/18 due to being in a financial crunch she ran my credit again!!!! Three credit pulls in less than a week I’ll definitely be disputing this with all credit bureaus. The place smells awful like smoke and dirty construction workers mixed with rotting Subway and Papa Murphy’s since they share a wall. Loan Stop is way better save your time and energy this place is a sham! BEWARE

  Never again. After being sent here from Parker because it was "closer" (it's not), we were never told exactly what we needed. I brought my bank statement but apparently you need all 30 days of it. Asked if they had a printer but they "couldn't use it". Had to run across the street to Chase and beg to use their computer. They were not helpful whatsoever, they didn't tell you that you need 4 in state references or that you can only pay bi-weekly, no exceptions whatsoever. Will never, ever use again.

  Worst place ever. They charged me 24 dollars on a 300 dollar check.
