  I ended up at check city one Saturday evening after a frustrating and fruitless adventure to cash a check. I had been to several other places to try to cash this payroll check but they said they couldn't do it for some reason or another. I noticed Check City as I was driving to yet another establishment and I pulled in. I remembered that I owed them some money from a loan I had gotten several years ago so I was expecting them to say I need to pay them in full before they would cash it. With my past due amount this particular check would have been worth next to nothing. The store manager Natalie greeted me with a broad smile that could light up the room. She boosted my horrible mood With that awesome smile and contagious attitude. To say positive wouldn't do her justice. She saved me a lot of money by charging 10% instead of 20% on my past due balance which saved me around 50 dollars. Natalie was awesome and professional. I will go back to Check City for everY other check I need to cash from now on. I will recommend them to all my friends and family with confidence that Natalie and her staff will take care of them for all their money needs. Jason Martinez

  If I could give a higher rating I would. They have been amazing to work with from day one! The staff is always professional and friendly. They explain everything and make sure that all your questions are answered. They make the loan process easy, understandable and quick.

  They are respectful and always willing to take time for me whenever I had question. Also when I go in there's never a wait in line and its quick convenient and yet no rushing me out the door feeling.

  I went to them for a title loan. The process was quick and easy. I had my money within 15 - 20 minutes. The staff is very friendly. I've recommended them to friends and family. I would go back to them.

  I have had my taxes done here for the past three years and there isn't another place out there that can compare with what check city is doing. from the time i walked in the door to when we finished was only about fifteen min. the greatest part was it only cost me $20 after the coupon.

  Check City Ogden Utah is a great place to do business. The staff are knowledgeable & extremely professional. I would recommend them to anyone in need of financial assistance. Their rates are reasonable & their customer service is outstanding!

  The staff at Ogden's location are friendly, courteous and extremely helpful. They are empatatic towards a person's hardship and their need for help. They will work with you if you're unable to meet your deadline by extending your date with no problem. Most importantly they treat you like family.

  Michelle and all the staff at this location are super friendly and professional.They take the time to learn about their customers and remember most ppl by name.They are very helpful and knowledgeable.Best check city hands down

  Rude and uprofessional. Stood in line waiting and when it was my turn the clerk told me I would have to wait because a gentleman who I had seen just walking around was ahead of me. When I asked her why he wasn't in line and how was he suddenly ahead of me she stated that he had gone out to smoke but he was next in line. I personally found that to be extremely rude and unprofessional. I was actually so shocked at this b.s. I simply stepped back and let the gentleman go ahead of me.

  They should really give customers the correct information instead of having them drive all the way over there just to say that they can't help him with them that they just confirmed that could help him with
