  I use to go here but I go to Layton now. I don’t want to borrow money from a place where the workers think you want to date them. Just because I’m nice doesn’t mean I wanna sleep with you or take you out. Frankly I’m not attracted to anyone at this store. I just want my loan and The services nothing more. Nobody has time for an unattractive woman ego. Just because a man nice doesn’t mean he wants you. The man is just been raised right. Besides it’s way better women out there. Why would I go to check city to pick up someone. That’s dumb and beneath my character

  This is the kind of place that when you walk in you feel like you matter. Always friendly, smiles on their face and they know your name. I love you guys on Riverdale Rd.

  We have never had an issue before but today was literally a waste of time! They were “handing my issue” but yet I was sitting down for almost 1hr an a half not knowing what they were doing yes the translator and the employees were doing there job but seriously just tell your clients hey we can’t figure it out sorry or whatever keep it short don’t sugar coat it. I am a manager I know I wouldn’t like my customers/clients to be upset and waiting so long for no reason. Unfortunately I still need to go back to get my money sort it out maybe next time they will resolve it quicker and better.

  After leaving midvale started going to check city in south salt lake this store treated me with respect and welcomed me. I like the store in Midvale also. Both branches are very kind and always asks if they can do anything else. I love the staff at both places.

  I got a loan from them. They where great. Airways helpful. The centers are great. I’m docking them one star for the online service. I tried applying for a second loan online and it wouldn’t approve me that way. But other than that, they where great.

  Best place in Reno! The staff is very courteous and they pay attention to your needs. They also offer the lowest interest rates on payday loans. I highly recommend this store!

  The Girls at the Check City at the Jordan Landing location are so friendly and helpful. Been going there for years. I have a netspend card I reload there all the time and they are so friendly! Great Customer Service!!!

  Too expensive to cash your regular check charged me a little over $20 (holiday my bank was closed). Wouldn't qualify me for a $500 loan because I don't use direct deposit but with the same company over 6 years (earning salary over $1300 every other week). Only used them once but definitely never using them again.

  Hi Jana. Thank you for your feedback. We work hard to try to make our services as affordable as possible, but we do have to charge a percentage to cover the cost of the service to cash checks. We also have several loan options that do not require you to have a direct deposit and we apologize if you were not made aware of those options. We would be happy to go over those types of loans with you and find something that works. Again, we apologize if you were not informed of alternatives that do not require direct deposit.
