  Everytime I go here there is a new policy that makes life harder and them less willing to serve the customer, I took out an emergency payday loan called in 4 days later and they would not take my payment over the phone. They told me that they would only accept my payoff in cash, I asked them to suspend the interest for a day as I could not come in same day and would come in the next, the employee began to interrogate me about why I couldn't come in

In the future we can help you register your account online where you will have the option to setup a debit card payment after seven days or you can pay via ACH (bank debit) anytime and receive the prorated refund of interest for the days you do not use.   older blonde lady was very rude! along with the terrible service they provide… this place claims to help people they want 5 percent unofficial your money for there 5 min transactions… 30$ to cash a 500$ check no thank you

We specialize in check cashing services that can assist many consumers with their transaction when their financial institution cannot or will only do so by holding the funds for a few days. In order to bypass that type of inconvenience, many consumers use Check City to cash their checks and get their funds immediately. We cash checks from different sources and each type of check has a different rate (or fee). We provide cash same day, have extended business hours, and don’t hold the funds like a bank sometimes can.   I tried to pay them. backk and I owed them for a defaulted loan and they would not respond back to my emails I was out of the country and could not call but still tried to contact them with my consumer credit company. But they never responded. When I got back even in the pandemic they garnisheed my income without even asking about my situation when I returned. All money is not good money. Be wise with the check cashing places.

  I used to love going to cash my check there. Everyone was soo cool they were like family. But recently I was served by some new hires, that literally overcharged me double to cash my check and gave me all sorts of trouble to fix it. They even let three people go ahead of me. I just want to be treated as I treat other people not as a second class citizen.

  Greeted upon entry, associate was friendly, informative, and made me feel very comfortable with the whole process. Filled out one page application (Bring ID, paycheck stub, and voided check to make it easy) and was approved for my loan in 15 minutes. Interest rates are very reasonable and payment options are flexible. If I ever need another loan this is the only place I will go. Highly recommend!

  Do NOT get a loan from Check City. They will lie to you just to get your money. We had an installment loan payable over several months, as we were originally told, but after only One payment extension with an interest payment, we were told we had to pay off the balance "in full" in order to "renegotiate" the loan terms. Now Check City intends to draft our bank account directly. They only want your money no matter how much dishonesty or false information they have to say to get you to take a very high interest loan. I don't advise anyone using Check City ever! I know we never will again.

  I just hung up with Jamie. Great experience. Excellent. I'm cheap and tend to shop around for the best value, especially on products that are expensive. I'll tell you what... Buying short term cash is almost as expensive as popcorn at a movie theater. Jamie was quick to answer my questions then solved my time issue by suggesting a 24 hour location. Good job guys. You didn't beat everyone's rate but I'll be by to tomorrow. You earned my business.

  They are the nicer people . I go for a title loan . But they no cant take my title for some reason . But they loan me the money with my pay check . With no problem. I was early on rapid cash I Bing a customer with them for the last 10 years on the same store , and last time and this time was a bad experience .   THIS IS BY FAR THE BEST CITY CHECK IN LAS VEGAS!!!!! 2 THUMBS UP!!!!! Sarah and Brandon are my favorite. But, the whole entire staff is my Check City Family. And I like the NEW guy Jacob. Keep him! :)
