  💯This place is a rip off. They're charging 4x more percent then last year. They charge me $18.80 to cash a $376.00 dollar check. My check wouldn't read at smith or Walmart because the number was to space apart from the other number its the way it was printed out. Please go to Walmart $4 Smith $4 casino is free. I didn't have a choice because I was out of gas. Please don't make the same mistake that I did. Save your 🤑 money. This place will rip you off.😮‍💨 If I could have given a zero that's what it would be.

  Terrible customer service Brenda for not even welcome with a appropriate hi. Eye contact and very rude, Vivian also has terrible customer service she seen us waiting for multiple minutes and didn't acknowledge out presence

  These two women were patient and knowledgeable about all my needs and concerns. I was really stress at the moment, the was able to bless a smile on my face. I appreciate great customer service. Definitely returning to this location (Check city, Lake mead, 89108).

  I was helped by Deija who I believe was the manager. She was awesome! Smiled and welcomed me as soon as I walked in the store! I had some questions; and a few people started to walk in the store when she started answering. I stepped to the side as to get out of the way and let her help the other customers. She smiled and continued with me; as if I mattered to her at that moment! Thank you for the great service! Cois and Jefferson were also smiling as they helped the other customers! Awesome service!

  The employees I was serviced by, Françoise and Deija were incredibly nice and very professional. Being transgender it is hard to find professional and well mannered people when having to do everyday things. I would definitely make this my regular Check City!

  This place is amazing. They are so helpful. I was helped by Carmen and she has great customer service skills and made sure i understood everything. Thanks check city. I would recommend them if your having a hard time and need extra cash before payday.

  I love how friendly the staff is. Always welcoming and friendly to my children as well. My son was giving me a hard time and they even entertained and tried to keep him occupied I I can take care of business. I appreciate the fast service and the help with my son. I highly recommend this location. Thank you check city
