  Very easy to work with. I’ve been to the Layton, UT location and transferred my account to Riverdale after I moved to Roy. Most of the time I make my payments online. For check cashing, I prefer it over Walmart. CC’s fees are usually lower and they’ll cash checks Walmart won’t touch. Since I don’t have an active checking account, most of the time Walmart’s Certigy system will reject the check. NOT at Check City. I’ve done payday loans in store and online. Great thing IF you don’t overextend yourself and can pay it back on the first due date. Title loans are easy to get, but the interest is a killer. Best to pay more than the minimum payment to avoid paying 3x the loan amount. Overall, they provide a service and an easy access to cash quickly for any emergency.

  On a Sunday, 5 minutes before closing a nice lady by the name of Dee Dee I'm sure I spelled it wrong, went way above and beyond to help me get a much needed loan. She stayed way passed closed and never lost her smile. I'll tell you this though, she knows what she was doing and we worked through some techy challenges. I was able to make my copay for a serious health issue. My bestest to her. Greg

  Horrible service. Made me feel like a criminal, and as if I did something wrong. Employees would state at me, then laugh. Then come and as me a question, walk away and snicker more. Completely unprofessional. Do not ever cash a check here. Especially if its your first time cashing a check.

  Check city has been good to me always giving me a loan, never have a bad experience with them. I trust them and I appreciate they can help me when I need help.

  Tried to scam on a gold buy. Quotes one proce on phone then changes when you arrive. Employees cannot add or were again trying a fast one. Told me 15.94 dollars an ounce was 45 dollars for 4.3 ounces. Not sure what kind of calculator they use but I walked out

  I couldn't ask for a more friendlier place. You are made to feel welcome and important right away. They also will tell you what the best option is for you

  Took them a hour to cash our check they treated us like we were crooks even though we have a perfect history with them. Don't go there they will get you locked out of all the check city stores!!!
