  I've been with Check City for almost 20 plus years. All their staff is very friendly and provide superior service. One particular employee has been outstanding and has worked at multiple locations throughout the years, her name is Nikki at the Taylorsville, Utah, location. Such an amazing lady.

  All the people that work at this Taylorsville branch are the best. Mari, Nikki and Anna are so Very Knowledgeable they really care and are Professionals in their jobs.

  I go to Check City just to do my taxes. I cant write about the other services, but I love the customer service at this location. Its also nice that I know two of the employees because they have been there when I get my taxes done. 5 stars for customer service. Thank you guys Niki and Josh

  If I could give no stars I would. They dont properly educate you on how to correctly make a payment. Then, when you do it wrong, they deposit your check. Then, when your check doesnt clear they say come in and we'll rewrite your loan since it was our mistake, they refund your paymemt and send you to collections...after working with collections they STILL deposited my check. Very unprofessional and complete nonsense. I would never recommend this business to anyone. Very shady way to do business.
