First time coming in the lobby here. Julie was my bank teller and she was incredibly polite. I had a wonderful experience, she has great customer service.

What’s wrong with Chase. I’ve been in business with them for many years. Recently I had a card stolen and I couldn’t get anyone to solve the problem for me. I called the credit card company many times, no one answered. I came to the branch in Sierra Vista and they said they couldn’t help me with it. I went online made an appointment to speak to customer service hoping that would help. They confirmed me the schedule time for appointment, reminded me for the schedule time multiple times, but when the time come, nobody call. I called again and they said they will transfer me to the credit card department but I was on hold for over 15 mins now. Never find so disappointed with Chase until now. Now I’m not sure how to get my credit card stolen solved since I couldn’t even able to contact anyone to cancel the card. Is there any other way to solve this, Chase?????

Doctor sends me $65 overpayment check from Chase bank. They wanted to charge me an $8 fee to cash it because I'm not with them. But isn't the company that sent me check? Talk about double dipping. Making $ off company and anyone they give a check to. It's from their bank, it should be free to cash no matter if have an account or not. Guess I'll have to ask doctor to send me an additional $8 to cover their banking costs. Pathetic. Businesses stay away as they are basically robbing your customers and you banking with them makes no difference.

Wanted to set up an account, but when I went to the branch though there were personal bankers who did not look busy, they told me they would call me to schedule an appointment. 2 days later, no call. So I definitely will not be setting up an account with such an unfriendly, unprofessional bank or staff. Whatever happened to customer service??

I needed a check. I told the young lady that. I asked if that check could come directly out of my savings. Of course not. I wasn't thinking. But instead of saying it wouldn't be a problem if I had a checking account they just said there's no way to do that. So I asked for myself "what if I move money from my savings to my checking?" "Well , then yes. If you have your debit card." So she had me put my card in and move money to my checking. Then she pushed a receipt to me and asked me if there was anything else she could do for me and quickly wished me a good day. I said, I still need a check. That was the reason I came in. She somewhat begrudgingly charged me the 2 dollars I had no problem paying for checks. I rarely go to banks. There's no need for desire with electronic banking. But on the rare occasions I do I remember why I don't. The customer experience is not the focus. The expertise seems to be lacking. Friendliness? Warmth? Helpfulness? Humanity? I didn't see them here. No one is perfect, but I think they could do much better.

A bank is about customer service. We selected Chase as we retired to be available throughout most of the US. We have dealt with several branches in different states. We have never been treated as poorly as we were today in Sierra Vista. We live in Tombstone AZ and drove over to have 2 documents notarized (20 miles each way). We were told that we had to have an appointment to have someone watch us sign the documents and notarize our signatures. I'm looking for a new bank. They obviously are not into customer service at this location!

Probably the worst Chase Bank I have ever been to. The tellers are useless and don’t know what they are doing. The check in procedure is so unorganized and it seems as if every time I get here there’s either 1.) there’s a line for no apparent reason 2.) the systems are “down”. Worst service ever. Don’t even waste your time coming here. You’ll thank me later.

Not so hot. Tellers are great, but the problems-solvers leave much to be desired. I will avoid Chase in the future and do business elsewhere, and with a bank whose approach to customer service is from this century.

Kimberly Smale is last person in the world I would want to work with. She treats everybody like dirt. She talks down to you. I will find a new bank.
