  This is the nicest bank with the friendliest people I’ve ever been in! I do all my banking online previously and I was so nervous to deposit cash since I NEVER do anything with cash anymore and the super sweet teller put me at ease and the transaction was super smooth and seamless. I went at 10:50am on Tuesday, April 5th. And I will always use this location from now on and recommend others do so too if they have to go to a physical Chase location in the area!

  There were three tellers when I went in to withdraw the money & I happened to get the one of the three that was rude. Her name was Stephanie & she was decent until I realized I gave her the wrong amount to withdraw from my account. Afterwards, she was very short with me & was below average friendly. The other two tellers were nice however despite not having directly helped me. That I appreciated.

  I bank here, and today out of the blue they called me and said "we are reaching out to our veterans with accounts here, and want to say thank you for your service". I am a disabled veteran that happened to be having a rough day. This really meant the world to me today.

  After switching jobs, going back to school, and needing to fly to the East Coast for a family emergency I had two insufficient funds fees. After explaining my situation they waived them both.
