  John was always available to answer questions, even when trying to get away for a few days. Since everything was completed online, I was hyper-vigilant on making sure all emails and requests for information were authentic. Calling John to ensure an email was valid was never a problem. When the VA informed him of a last minute request, John was instrumental in ensuring the repairs were done in time.

  Norma Souza and the Souza Team are all great and make you feel like family. My wife had to go into emergency labor towards the end of our loan closing and the team understood the situation and worked harder to make the process easier so we can focus on our new born. This is our second loan, in less than a year, with Norma and her team and will continue coming back each and every time with them.   This review is for Dawn Purcell. This is the second transaction Dawn has done for us. She truly worked a miracle; the first loan needed to satisfy FHA, VA and SHRA requirements. She handled everything with so much grace. We held our breath waiting for the final approval, but didn't need to. Because of our first experience, I called her for our second transaction a couple years later. Smooth as ever, she let us know what was needed, we got them to her, and boom, loan done with great terms and rate, no stress. Dawn is a consummate professional. I don't know how she does it, but we are so grateful for Dawn.
