  Nicar is amazing! He’s informative, patient and helpful. My partner and I have been looking for a home and Nicar has been quick to respond to all our questions, quick to provide resourceful information and has been extremely patient in guiding us along the entire process. He really does help make the entire home buying process easier and a lot less stressful. Just when you think he’s already an distinguished gentleman, he comes back to take it to another level by being fluent in ASL, a businessman, a super music producer and a famous icon in the Deaf and HoH community! WHAT?!?! 🤯 WHAT MORE CAN YOU ASK FOR IN A BROKER TO ADVOCATE ON BEHALF OF YOUR BEST INTERESTS. I WOULD RECOMMEND NICAR TO ANYONE.

  Our experience with Nicar was incredible. He is extremely responsive and informative, goes over every detail and genuinely cares about us as his clients. With Nicar’s help, we were able to close on our new home within 21 days! We asked him so many questions - through text, email and phone call and Nicar was always attentive. He made this happen for us and we are truly grateful. Some key observations: 1. Very responsive. Timing is everything in the housing market. 2. Does not make you feel dumb for asking basic and simple questions. He explains and goes over everything. 3. Provides honest advice. I ended up having to travel back to Canada to get the funds I needed for the down payment. Nicar helped me look at every other option to avoid this but in the end, it all worked out. 4. Sends documentation to be signed as soon as he gets it. No hesitation or delays. Goes over every document and what action items are needed. 5. Explains next steps way ahead of time. We never questioned the process or had concerns during escrow. When we had questions, he answered them right away. 6. When it came to the week of closing, Nicar made us feel extremely comfortable and tied up all loose ends so that on closing day, all we needed to do was sign. We want to personally thank Nicar for all his work and effort in making this happen for us. We will recommend him to all of our friends and family and hope whoever reads this considers working with him as well!

  Nicar was my realtor and loan agent for my recent 4plex purchase in Sacramento. He was very responsive and hand hold me from end-to-end (from viewing the potential properties to escrow closing process). Nicar also went above and beyond even after the escrow is closed on helping me with the coordination with the property management and other concerns. I would definitely reach out to Nicar if I was to buy more properties in Sac area and need help with home loans.
