  Bob and his team at Bates Lending Group are amazing! This is the second time that I've refinanced with Bob and in both instances, Bob's instincts about what to do and when were spot on saving me thousands of dollars over the life of my loan. I even contacted Bob in between refinances and while we didn't move forward with a product, he was extremely helpful in coming to that decision, really showing me he is here to help and do what is best for his customer. He has a customer for life!

  After one phone call with Bob, I quickly realized why he came so highly recommended. Bob and his team offer so much more value than what the big online lenders provide. When it took the online lender 2 days to call me back after I told them I extended an offer, Bob never let any of my calls, texts, or emails go unanswered. He eloquently and efficiently broke down the escrow process and really was a shepherd in the process, allowing us to make the most informed decisions we could about our mortgage and future. Without Bob and Julia, we could not have competed with the all-cash offer that was also on the table for our home. Thanks to them, we were able to close escrow in 2 weeks- we blinked and we were homeowners! Highly recommend BLG!!!
