  This was a bumpy experience from the start. Poor communication. My loan was FHA with a lower score and was know to be this up front. After starting working with them the timeframe they promised fell apart. All of a sudden it was a hard loan to do. Nothing seemed to be a problem when they were getting my info and I was becoming a customer, but it was problems afterward. I was advised not to pay my credit cards because we would be done before my next due date, and I listened. It caused my cards to go 30 and decrease my credit limit on all of them. On top of that I guess they forgot to add the second mortgage into what they are paying off so the cash in hand went down $15k by the time it was said and done. All for the pleasure of $10 in fees ( not all theirs I'm sure). I was recommended this company by a friend that had a great experience with them. His house was in $600k range and mine was $300 k range so I think the amount of your loan effects the service by my experience. They did finish the loan finally, late and less than was in the final paperwork hence the 2 stars.
