  I can not thank Summit Funding enough for the amazing job and communication skills they display and give to their customers. The updates, emails and phone calls were a delight to my heart even when it required me to do some work. My advice to customers would be to find a company that cares about your well-being and not just a loan.   I recommend Summit to anyone that is purchasing a home. Latoya, Naiomi, and Tammie are the absolute best. They make buying a home seem like a piece of cake. It was a pleasure to work with them. I’m definitely referring Summit to my family and friends. Thank you guys😘

  LaToya & the team was amazing. Very knowledgeable! I had confidence that my home buying transaction was in good hands. No questions went unknown or unanswered. I was checked on weekly, LOVE THAT! I was communicated with often, there were no fake promises or miss leading guidance. I would recommend again & again!

  Shout out to Latoya and Evan over at Summit Funding. Latoya is very professional and knows what she is doing. She was on time with all the paperwork and the process was simple. Thanks to Evan for going the Extra mile and getting me a competitive interest rate. Evan also keep everyone updated with an email every Tuesday morning. P.S.
