      The worst experience I’ve ever had with a bank. Martha had no knowledge of what she was doing, called her manager over 12 times and even after what her manager told her what to do she still complicated the situation and made us sit there for over 2 hours instead of getting out within 10 minutes

      This location needs to improve with follow up. I have been trying to get in contact with a bank representative to help with my name change on my card. It’s been over a week and I still have had no one call. The voicemail also does not allow you to leave a message.

      My lease favorite of the Chase branches, even though it is closest to my home. Bank personnel turnover is very high, never the same people there. Very hard to reach by phone, very odd closing times in bank and drive thru durning covid, poor follow thru on helping with account issues... had to go to a different branch. Just very poorly managed.. will not return.

      I've never had a bad experience. There was one time I had to go in and get to the bottom of some fraudulent charges on my account and the lady actually did some detective work and called the number of the company that was charging me. She told me to tell them I demanded my money back and they paid me a week later. I have no complaints. They fight for their customers.

      I spoke to 4 different representatives about a college fund account. Each representative said I had to talk to a different representative for whatever reasons. They also seemed to get more rude as each called transferred! I just wanted a simple answer, I didn’t ask for attitude along with it !! I was also hung up on twice!

      I generally HATE banks and would not take the time to ever write a review but after seeing the bad reviews about this branch I felt it deserved a good review... They always greet you when you come in the door. They always have enough tellers. The wait is minimal and the service is friendly. I couldn't ask for more :o)

      I come to this location often and usually make deposits with Griselda or Juan, but have been through just about everyone that works up front. They are all fantastic. The office is busy certain times of the day but the area and traffic is very busy so that’s not a surprise nor a bother to me. Love this staff.

      I will purposely drive further to avoid this branch. Horrible customer service. I stopped coming here after the 2nd time I sat in the drive thru banking line (which had a green light) sent my cash and ID through the tube) waited and waited and then tried calling and calling with no answer. (I had a baby sleeping in the car which was why I needed to drive thru.) finally after over 10 minutes i went and parked and walked in. I told the first person that my ID and cash were in their tube machine. He says..."oh sorry we are short staffed today" Then turn off your damn green light and close down the lane!!! Happened a second time a few weeks later. I couldn't believe it. Stay far far away from this branch.

      Just called to inquire some questions about opening an account with this branch, specifically about direct deposit with their checking account, lady informs me she doesn't know the answer transfers me to their customer service number, then I'm waiting for 13 minutes on the line. Way to go Chase on welcoming potential clientele! 😁
