  I am having a really terrific experience with AZ Central so far! I started out looking for an equity loan, but then it turns out mortgage rates were lower than I thought, so we're doing a cash-out refi. I had a little bit of a rocky start getting ahold of someone, but once I did everyone has been very nice, low-key, and responsive. So far, so good!

  I'm a treasurer for a small nonprofit and contacted AZ Central CU to inquire about their account fees. I was told the fees could be waived but when we showed up to open an account was informed there was a $10/month which would slowly wipe out our savings and prevent us from awarding scholarships in the future. Very unfriendly CU to nonprofits.

  I recently moved from Michigan and haven't switched my bank account over yet. This bank was listed as a shared branch. The teller was so nice and helpful even though I wasn't a member of their bank. The location was clean and had a nice aesthetic. I would highly recommend this branch to anyone!

  "Fast, Professional, Effective & Consistent." An Executive's Brach Mentality. The Exterior/Interior Decor Is Bank-Ish. Customer Support; Fair. Skill Sets; Appropriate. Smiles; Meh. Business Transactions; Smooth. Clean + Tidy. Walk-Up But Not Through...There Isn't A Driver's Option. Overall; Doable.

  Poor customer service. Aren’t very professional. They don’t disclose all the info that you need. Manager not personable at all. You’ll get better customer service at chick fila. Closed my account. Went with FirstBank!! What a difference!!

  Stole my child's money and closed his account. Thieves who steal from children. Disgusting business practices. Kids accounts don't have much activity because they are kids. Terrible business practices. You're money is safer in a burning building than with AzCentral.
