Paul Deal5I'm not discounting the negative experiences other customers may have had at this branch, but my personal experience recently was very positive. I was greeted when I walked in the lobby, and was helped right away. Leslie was knowledgeable and professional, and I got the service I needed in a very reasonable amount of time. Sure, it wasn't a very busy time when I walked in, but the level of service was top notch. This is not a given these days, unfortunately, where you can get poor service even if you're the only customer in the building! So here's my kudos for a job well done.
Response from the ownerThank you for being a valued Bank of America customer, Paul. We appreciate the positive review about your experience.

Jackie Mantanona5This review is for Margarita . She helped me with a wire transfer and was amazing! So nice to be around pleasant people who you can tell enjoy their job! I actually drove a little further because I didn't want to go to my usual location and figured I'd give this place a chance. Glad I did!
Response from the ownerHi Jackie. Thanks for letting us know how helpful Margarita was during your financial center visit. We appreciate you taking the time to let us know what we’re doing well. ^jazmin

Dana Ibrahimovich1This is probably on the top of the worst branch of BoA list in the valley. In addition to the long wait time you have to go through when the branch is not even busy and just the result of inefficient staff, the staff are not professional at all. Go to another branch or simple cross the street to Chase and you will see the difference.
Response from the ownerIt's disappointing to hear that your experience wasn't at the level you expected. Serenity1Not busy at all. Waited in line, and when it was my turn to go up, the lady (Stephany) went over to the other teller and told me “I’m not ready for you. Go back in line, when I’m ready for you I’ll let you know.” A guy behind me in line also complained about the service and the wait every time he goes to this bank. You guys should know better customer service than this. Be better.
Response from the ownerWe're disappointed to hear that your experience with Stephany wasn't at the level you expected. We'd like to learn more about what happened. JVC X'Eye1Horrible. How much profit does this company make and there's a perpetual staff shortage or something? Just hire more people with more incentives. Pre-holidays, first/last day of the month, average weekday, doesn't matter. There's always one overburdened teller and always somebody in front of you carrying out what seems like the most complicated transaction ever.
Response from the ownerGood morning. We value your business and it's disappointing to hear that your experience wasn't at the level you expected. We’ll certainly be sharing your feedback with our leadership team. Boaking Accident1Perfect place to go if you're just moving too efficiently and have too much time on your hands. My landlords don't use technology so I still have to get a cashier's check every month for rent. It's the last day of the month so of course there are 10 people in line with 1 teller working. Why do they even have 4 cashier booths? I've never seen more than 2 working at any time.
Response from the ownerHello. We appreciate you coming in and sharing your feedback. Try one of our many convenient payment services. Zelle®, Online Bill Pay and money transfer are available in our mobile app or online which are alternatives to a cashier check. ^rosie

TK Ho1A huge disappointment from a Preferred Platinum customer. I was waiting patiently with my wife at the location and there were 3 other guests ahead of us, it was fine. When it was our turn, the lady rep told us that she couldn't help us at the counter, but at her booth. While we were walking to her station, the floor rep waved at her and let her know there were other guests waiting as well. She then told that we had to wait for the floor rep, who was also busy helping another clients. Then there was 2 customers behind us, which she supposed to tell them to wait in line. But for some reason, she ended up helping them. Another rep walked by and asked what we needed help with, and it was a very simple task: changing PIN. It literally would take 5 mins for them to do so. While this guy was trying to help us, the floor rep didn't let him, telling him that "you need to be at other branch, these customers are okay to wait." What a terrible thing to say. It's not the matter of how long we wait, but we already waited for our turn and his question was like "how long you have to wait??" when he heard that we were having a rough going. And he darn well knew how long we were there. Anyway, BoA needs to step up on the customer service front. A branch already closed on Alma/Elliot, hope this will not be the next, but this kind of service might as well make that happen.
Response from the ownerHi. TK. We value your business and are sorry that you were disappointed. We’ll certainly be sharing your feedback with our leadership team. Jonathan Howell1I was depositing money directly with a male teller at this location and he was extremely rude. He made no eye contact at all and at one point during the transaction he started speaking Spanish to another teller saying "I hope this idiot only has cash to deposit, I am not in the mood for checks". I don't think he thought I spoke Spanish. I think Bank of America mid level executives really needs to take a good at this branch as far as customer service goes. Maybe send an HR Manager secretly to this location to investigate. I will be moving my money in the meantime to a bank that does not hire "hot head" children to manage other people's money.
Response from the ownerHello Jonathan. We apologize for this experience and we appreciate that you took the time to tell us this. We’ll certainly be sharing your feedback with our leadership team. We value your business and do not want to lose you as a customer. Laniel Biakeddy1This place is literally the most miserable experience on earth and I'm not exaggerating. Thank God this is not my bank. There is a lack or structure and the customer service and care is non existent. It's the wild west up in the lobby here from all these frustrated account holders and business owners. It's pretty bad. They get paid to treat their customers like this. Wow, just wow.
