  We were excited to buy our first home, being first timers even with our own research we relied on them for experience and expertise. However they had terrible communication with our realtor & eachother and in turn us. We lost out on money we had been told we were going to get back, as well as money we were told we wouldnt have to pay. We used the veterans loan.
