Anita Ricklefs5Thank you for the fantastic celebration of 75 years. The food trucks and shaved ice were a real treat. We appreciate all the hard work that went into this celebration. Thank you for appreciating your customers.

Desiree McCorkle Jones2The employees are friendly but what I'm tired of is being told one thing and then it being something different. First with my ex fiance, we had a car loan together and he was killed in a head on collision in Missouri a year ago. The insurance paid sent them the money to pay off the vehicle. We also had the insurance on our loan that would pay off the car if something were to happen to him or I. They paid off the loan and took the money from the car insurance to pay off stuff from HIS personal account and what was left over they put in his checking so I wouldnt have access to any of it. When they should have put the remaining into our car loan savings account. I got a car loan again through them. Went to do the skip a payment. The lady looked over my account and we decided to wait to skip the payment in December. Went back in today and now I'm informed i cant skip a payment with the kind of loan I'm on. Then they tried telling me I can apply for the holiday loan. HELLO, I'm trying to catch up on everything and if i could have skipped this one payment i could have caught up!! I'm about ready to change banks and say screw this car loan with them! So stressful!

Paul Schultz1Poor customer service. Its been issue after issue. im going find a different bank. Latest issue being i authorized my wife via phone to pull money from my account for a emergency. They said i would need to send a hand written letter signed via my email to them. After wife drove 30 miles they say they cant use it because my signature on file is old. Theres been issues w them tacking on insurance to my loan, for insurance i already had. Had issues cashing a cashier's check w them. When i paid my loan off they put the money in my savings account and didn't apply it to the loan. Good thing i checked a couple days later otherwise they would have screwed me out of more interest I do not recommend. They dont even know who you are when you walk through the door Ive had 5 loans through them and have paid every one off except the current one im paying on. However everytime i have to reapply like im a brand new customer and verify my jib and everything else eventhough its all stayed the same.

Logan Dunham1I've been a member of this bank for about 4 years now. I started out with just a checking account and they helped me get an auto loan on my truck. I've had loans through here before and never had an issue. More recently since i have tried for loans they always deny them and give me the same bs reasoning. I've never been more dissatisfied with a bank. Their loan underwriters are a joke and if you don't get approved for a loan good luck waiting on that phone call because they won't call you. I would recommend banking at another banking institution because this bank won't help you, if you've been a member for a few years. I'm looking to switch banks.

Cassie Wandersee1Very poor customer service and restrictive policies that do not allow you to manage your money in the way you would prefer. After several issues with transferring money, updating account into online, and cashing checks that a "supervisor" refused to process for "my own safety" I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Neil Baker5Don't Listen to Christy Gerdes. She is being purposefully misleading. Perhaps due to one bad experience, or perhaps due to her own bad behavior, I don't know, but I have been a member of this bank for 12 years now, and I have NEVER had a bad interaction there. There was one time I was denied a loan, but that was because I was very young and never kept much in my accounts. I can't even believe someone would ever dream of giving this place a bad review. One of the worst things about this bank is that I won't be able to take it with me when I move from this state. Fantastically polite tellers, no outrageous surprise fees (so many banks screw you this way). This is the best bank in Manhattan, KS, Hands down.
Response from the ownerThank You so much, "Greyfox198700'! We hope you're not leaving anytime soon, But did you know that you CAN take us with you when leave? Keeping your account with us is easy with our Shared Branching. You can find a branch location near you with this link., https://co-opcreditunions.org/locator/ Go into a shared branch location and deposit, withdraw, make loan payments just like you were in our branch.:)

Aubrey Darnell1I have lived in 7 states and this is the WORST bank I have ever dealt with. Absolutely do not reccomend. Virtually zero convenience, my debit card declined places constantly for no reason, insane fees, rude customer service, and the website and app is absolutely horrible and difficult to use. The mobile app is a joke, you need to get on a computer and even then it probably isn’t accurate and up to date. They randomly change your password with no warning. I could go on and on.

Kari Cook5My husband and I came here to apply for our first Auto Loan. Melissa was very friendly and extremely helpful! She made sure we had all of the information we needed and made us feel very welcome! Absolutely nothing bad to say about this place.
